About Me

Emre Hayir
I am a machine learning researcher working on image-based profiling for drug discovery. Most recently I was a Research Fellow at Microsoft Research New England, where I built models and benchmarks for large-scale biological imaging data, including MorphoHELM, a benchmark evaluating how image representations hold up under experimental variation. My work focuses on domain-informed, generalizable methods for large-scale biological data.
